Its time to start planning what you’ll be making this 4th of July! (If your in the U.S anyways..)
The 4th means great summer food which usually includes lots of grilling and of course red, white and blue desserts. This is by far one of my favorite holidays to cook for- and I have figured out how to do it all multi-allergen free. Sliders, dessert and drinks..don’t worry about needing to eat gluten/grain or excessive amounts of sugar..I’ve got you covered.
Here is a collection of my favorite festive recipes – most of which I will be preparing for friends and family this week.
The MEAL:

Red White & Blue Coconut Flour Cupcakes (Gluten/Grain/Soy/Nut Free)
Strawberry Shortcake Monkey Bread “Cupcakes”. (Gluten/Grain/Dairy/Sugar Free)
Organic Marshmallows. (Corn Syrup/Egg Free)
Graham Crackers (Gluten/Grain/Dairy/Soy/Egg Free)
Worlds Best Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Gluten/Grain/Egg/Starch/Sugar Free & Paleo)

Sugar & Dairy Free Cream Soda. (aka an Ice Cream Float)
