Happy Seasonal Sunday.
This week I would like to Spotlight my friend Christine known as Bean- the writer of a favorite blog of mine titled Without Adorment. This girl can cook and covers multiple food allergies- love her for this! check out her complete recipe list. Just the cake recipes alone will be enough to make you an instant. Her beautiful photo’s are just an added plus. Check out her recipe from last week: Gluten Free/Vegan Potato Bread.
This week I’m sharing a simple, easy wonderful smoothie to start any day on the right foot.
Its Icy, Perfectly spiced and Light.

Love that picture and that spoon! How awesome is that!
Thanks!! That was a really cute little spoon that came with a honey jar. The idea is that the spoon can be rested on the side of a glass. I thought it was clever
That makes total sense! SO cute!

Hi Brittany. Thanks for inviting me to this beautiful party. I’ve linked my crepes!
My first time here; thanks for hosting Brittany! I’m making your vanilla chai smoothie for a little snack later… it looks amazing!
Strawberries just came into season where I live. My kids ate 4 pounds in one day! There’s 5 of them, but still! I am so ready for spring and summer and all the wonderful produce!
Strawberries have been on sale at our grocery store too and I have been inhaling them! (happily)
Im thinking for next weeks event I might include the spring and winter list as we are at a funny cross over point!
