I’m BACK!!! I’m so happy I could cry! For those of you that did not hear via Twitter and Facebook- last Saturday I was hacked- A BIG BIG thank you goes out to my friend Jason Berardi for saving Real Sustenance.
After that mess and experiencing the fear and anxiety that all my hard work and all of these recipes would be lost- I HAVE to encourage all you wonderful fellow bloggers to religiously back up everything you do.

I’m really excited about one of my more recent recipes- these little cupcakes turned out incredible- I created them for my wellness event 2 weeks ago. They received wonderful feedback- I hope you like them just as much!

Iris Higgins writer of The Daily Dietribe is a gift to this world- and someone that I consider a wonderful friend. Talented and creative- Iris can make just about anything. On her journey to better health she has had to give up not only the Gluten but also Chocolate, Eggs and pretty much every form of sugar (among other things) Talk about tough- but amazing Iris still manages to post out of this world recipes.
