Welcome to this weeks Seasonal Sunday!

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter Last sunday!

Today I am in Chicago- Enjoying the last day of the Gluten and Allergen Free Expo.  We spend tomorrow here and the tuesday jump on a plain to head to D.C to be part of the 1 in 133 summit on May 4th. I’m so excited to be part of the cake building! We will take endless photos which I will be sharing! We’ll return home a few days after . If I am a little M.I.A  and unable to respond to comments this is why! I may or may not have access to my laptop.

This week I would like to highlight the following FANTASTIC spring inspired recipes from last week:
