I enjoy writing about cookbooks on my new blog and would love to write about yours. I’ve had to go completely grain-free recently and it looks like you have some very useful information for myself and others in these books – particularly the first one. Would you be interested in doing an email interview? I also make at least one recipe from the cookbook – and post a photo – so I would need to have several of the recipes so I could choose one. (And would either need to link back to it on your site or be able to post it for my readers.)
