Today I’m sharing a simple recipe that comes together quickly. Its a meal I crave often. (and its Paleo friendly!)
Curried Lettuce Wraps.
1 Lb Chopped (or ground) Chicken or Turkey
1 1/2 TBS Curry Powder
salt and pepper to taste
Grapes
Celery
1 Onion Chopped
3 TBS Mayo (Real Mayo or the Vegan Variety)
2 TBS Orange Marmalade
Splash of Lemon Juice
Lettuce For Wrapping.
