Hello!!
I love your site!
I did not have time to listen to your podcast on adrenal fatigue and would love to hear it now, but i cannot seem to find it on your site….. is it still somewhere where i can listen to it?
Thank you!
Megan
Hello! I am so impressed with your site, and I am so excited to plunge in and try things out. I, too, have adrenal fatigue and am interested in your experiences. Are you speaking anywhere in Texas in the near future? Thank you for helping us live a more joyful life, Patti
Where is your podcast? On itunes?
Hello!
Is there a way to have your podcasts delivered to an iphone to listen to whenever we want to? Or I tunes? Thank you for any help with this.
There is an app that follow RSS feeds. I do not know how it works for Itunes though because I have an android phone that is automatically linked to my google account that holds my RSS feeds. Most apps will walk you through the process of how to add a feed and if its on Itunes you already have the RSS you just need to subscribe in the music store like you would a radio station.
Brittany, I am afraid to use almond flour since almonds are goitrogens. I know that cooking goitrogenic vegetables causes them to lose their goitrogenic properties. I cannot get ANY for sure answers to this question: if almond flour is heated in baking, is it no longer goitrogenic? I am very hypothryroid and cannot tolerate any thyroid meds, compounded or otherwise. Would LOVE to use almond flour so I can use MORE of your recipes and buy your books. I have been making up my own recipes with quinoa flour, (sorghum is a goitrogen also), potato starch, (tapioca is too high in tannins), rice flour and coconut flour. Cannot find any other nut flours that are organic, or are they even as good as almond??????? (cashew, brazil, hazelnut). Lots of organic almond flour is available. Would love to have a final answer to this question. I will probably buy your books anyways. I am free of so much at this point, it’s ridiculous. (Lab test proven as to dairy, eggs, tannins and gluten intolerance.) Wish I could use the organic almond flour in so many of your recipes.
I just made and “sampled” the Magic Bars” from the Essential Baking Guide. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for this wonderful egg, dairy, corn free delight.
