Gluten/Dairy Free Streusel

Gluten/Dairy/Egg/Soy/Corn Free. Easy to make. Sprinkle on your favorite desserts before baking.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Softened Earth Balance Butter

Directions

A Quick Easy to make Streusel to top your Pies Muffins, Cobblers and Other Favorite Desserts.

  1. In a Bowl Combine the Flour and Sugar and Cut in the Earth Balance Butter until pea sized.
  2. Sprinkle on top of dessert and bake.

This Recipe will Cover 1 Pie. Please note- it will not brown much if at all during the baking process. it will remain somewhat white.

If You want to Use Oats- Run 1/4 Cup of Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Oats through a food processor briefly to break up slightly. Use with 1/4 cup of flour  1/2 Cup Sugar and 1/4 Cup Earth Balance Butter.

Try Adding Cinnamon and Nutmeg or Using Brown Sugar.

Try sprinkling this Streusel on my Concord Grape Pie Recipe or my Extra Moist Apple Spiced Cake Muffins.
