Welcome to this weeks Seasonal Sunday!

Its been a lovely weekend in Rochester NY- Today I took Clyde and Chloe (Our sweet Rat terriers) for a long walk dressed in summer attire. It was Bliss.

Today I would like to feature the very fun blog “So Hungry I Could Blog” written by 2 friends -Sarah & Caitlin. This blog is filled with a wonderful array of recipes. Each month they feature a new recipe or review guide that incorporates a theme. For example this past February their theme was grilled cheese- they made it 5 unique different ways. I LOVE this idea- and I recommend you check it out. Last weekend they shared a recipe for Steamed Artichoke with Beurre Blanc Sauce.

This week I’m sharing a  Spring Minestrone Soup Recipe.

Make sure to check out today’s April in the Raw Post from Deanna @ The Mommy Bowl

and Follow along this weeks schedule. For the full schedule click here.

Your Spring Minestrone looks great. I am submitting a favorite recipe of mine from last year – Ramp Pesto.

Brittany,

That green Spring Minestrone looks wonderful! We haven't quite had "shorts weather" here yet — at least not for me…I need 70 or better to wear those. We might manage it today :-)

Today I'm linking Pan-Grilled Asparagus with Garlic and Parsley. Asparagus doesn't need much to dress it up, but the garlic and parsley are nice with it.
