Happy Seasonal Sunday! But.. More importantly HAPPY EASTER to those of you that celebrate!

This week.. I’m keeping it short and sweet. Its 2:00 am at the moment. And well. I’m a little tired :) (Its been a busy day!)

This week I would like to highlight the following FANTASTIC recipes from last week:

This week I’m sharing a variation of a recipe I created a few months back- it keeps on with the Raw theme for the April in the Raw.

2 Layer Mango- Kiwi Raw Cheesecake (Gluten/Dairy/Corn/Soy/Egg Free, Vegan)

  3. Gluten Free Recipes are NOT required- this event is meant to inspire ideas for all. However I do ask that if your recipe is Gluten Free that you give it the “GF” Label.

I do this to myself every Saturday night.. Wait until midnight or later to type up Seasonal Sundays. Why? I could not tell you.. :)

Brittany, that cheesecake looks divine! If my mom didn’t already have dessert planned for tomorrow I would make this!

I am so obsessed with Swiss Chard and Kale right now! This recipe I am sharing is a Garlic Sauteed Swiss Chard with Noodles. I threw it together awhile ago, but have made it several times since and I love it. It is full of flavor. :)
