This week I would like to highlight the following all star recipes from last week!

Today Im sharing the recipe for an

Easy Gluten Free/Vegan Quick Bread Base with Endless Flavor Possibilities.

This post went up yesterday-  within this recipe you could make a wonderful spring inspired quickbread! Check it out :) (Pictured below is a loaf of zucchini bread made using this recipe. )

and now of course its your turn to share..

The Guidelines:

Hi Brittany —

Here is an easy-to-cook recipe for Blackeyed Pea Soup with Veggies which depends on carrots, celery, onion, parsley and a little tomato for much of its flavor. Takes only a few minutes to put these basic, whole foods together and have a soup with lots of gluten-free, casein-free nutrition.
