As many of you know about a month ago I lost Real Sustenance. Another website on my server was confiscated by the FBI. Since I was on the same server Real Sustenance (and a number of other websites) were swooped up with it. Not only this- but all my backups were confiscated as well. Its been a process to try to sort through the mess. I made the move to a brand new reputable server and now have 3 different backup systems in place. I feel confident at this point that I will be prepared for all possible future problems. This web stuff – is something else!
I’m happy to share that all of the previous recipes on the site have been fixed and are safe to use. I’m working on bringing the recipes and posts from the past 2 months back (The Butterfingers, Snickerdoodle Pancakes, Doctor recommendation list and others).
During the down time I was able to get ahead in my recipe development! There are lots of fun things to come- including an easy to work with Flaky and Buttery Pie Crust just in time for the holidays.

So glad you're back, Brittany! Looking forward to more yummy posts. What an ordeal! I'd love to know what the 3 backup systems are–I am really needing something like that. (I bet BlackBerry is saying the same thing these days. . .)!
2 of the backups are coming via my new server. You can pay an extra fee to have a daily on site backup and weekly off site backup. I’m also putting a plugin into place which will do a daily backup which I get emailed. I’ll send you more info as I know more details
