Welcome to this weeks Seasonal Sunday!

I decided after much thought that highlighting just one blogger each week was not cutting it.  Many wonderful recipes are shared each sunday and in return I really want to share some additional link love!

Therefore- A Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert + a Bonus Recipe from the previous week will be highlighted instead. As Seasonal Sunday grows so will the number of highlighted recipes.

So with that being said- lets get started.

Check out the following Seasonal recipes that I could not get out of my head!

Strawberry Banana Bread
Chiptole Bean Tostadas
Grain Free Matzoh Balls
Royal Grapefruit and Clementine Sorbet
Bonus: Gluten Free Thin Mint Cookies

This week I’m excited to share a recipe that fits nicely into the April in the Raw Theme! This recipe is a healthy and simple take on a spring and summer favorite.. ICE CREAM!

Hi Brittany —

Your Kiwi-Coconut Ice Cream is beautiful! I'm also strongly drawn towards those GF Thin Mint Cookies ;-)

Here is my slow-cooker version of Navy Bean Soup, which is seasoned mostly with herbs and vegetables (parsley, carrot and celery)…and some GF stock, if you like. It’s one of my family’s favorites, and they don’t even notice how nutritious it is. They don't even care that it’s also GF, CF, corn-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free and sugar-free. Since it's also so easy, I make it often.
