Brittany, thank you once again for hosting another carnival! I posted a gluten free Leek, Mushroom and Swiss Chard Tart. I can’t wait to see what others post.
Hi Brittany —
Your Kiwi-Coconut Ice Cream is beautiful! I'm also strongly drawn towards those GF Thin Mint Cookies
Here is my slow-cooker version of Navy Bean Soup, which is seasoned mostly with herbs and vegetables (parsley, carrot and celery)…and some GF stock, if you like. It’s one of my family’s favorites, and they don’t even notice how nutritious it is. They don't even care that it’s also GF, CF, corn-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free and sugar-free. Since it's also so easy, I make it often.
Pat
Brittany, that ice cream looks amazing! I can't wait to see your demo.
I posted my Raw Avocado and Spinach Soup that I made last week for Daring Cooks. Fits right in with April in the Raw!
