Through a number of conversations on facebook- it became painfully obvious to me that many people are in desperate need of finding the answers to chronic health issues. Many have doctors that have given them the “IBS” diagnosis.. which if you have IBS you know this diagnosis means “sorry – we have no idea what’s wrong with you- but we are going to pretend we do” and then you are sent on your way to suffer.
Over the past 2 years to get under what the heck was making me chronically ill- I saw 5 different doctors. I went both the natural route and medical doctor route. It was discouraging at times- but in the end I found my answers. Today I really want to encourage you to continue your search in finding a doctor that may be able to save your life. Living with chronic pain should never be acceptable. To help you on this search I put together this list of Medical Doctors, Naturopaths and Chiropractors that came to me HIGHLY recommended by many facebook friends. These doctors went above and beyond to help (most of these recommendations came with a story.. I wish I could share them all)

She helped me when allopathic (regular MDs) were making me very ill and my entire body shut down from adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, uncontrolled juvenile diabetes, PCOS, arthritis, and more. I highly suggest the Center for Integrative Medicine at Kernan Hospital in Baltimore, MD. They helped me, a really sick 20 year old, figure out what was wrong with me and help start my healing process. They are integrative, so have dietitians, psychologists, acupuncturists, PCPs, and more. I was not given prescriptions and was talked to in a way I understood. If you live in the area, check them out. Dr. Gavrila and Dr. richter are the PCPs I have seen there.
