This Fall I have been hard at work at re-creating some of our favorite Fall Goodies! As of late my focus has switched deeper into egg free foods.. It occurred to me that I was horribly mean creating just Gluten and Dairy Free. The whole idea of creating this site was to share recipes with others living with food allergies/intolerance’s like myself.. why only focus on Gluten and Dairy Free? So-  you will notice my recipes covering a larger assortment of Allergies.

So with that being said- Here are two recent additions to the growing library of Recipes.. Egg Free (and Vegan)

1.Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

This bread is super moist. Just the way we love it. Its main ingredient is Teff Flour. Teff is loaded with Fiber and has more Protein than wheat, its also high in Calcium, Thiamin and Iron.

2. *Extra* Moist Apple Spiced Cake Muffins

If you love super duper flavorful moist cake- then these muffins are for you!
