Grapes.. Beautiful Delicious Grapes! Living in upstate NY I am Privileged to reap the benefits of the Finger Lakes Region. We have gorgeous Concord Grapes here in abundance every fall.
Many people are unaware of the fact that concord grapes are actually green on the inside. When working with these guys you must cook with the skins in some manner to obtain the beautiful purple color as an end result. I have also come to learn that the grapes need to be heated up in some way briefly in order for release their sweet juices fully.
Today I am happy to feature one of my FAVORITE desserts that is often hard to come by.. Concord Grape Pie

Near where I live is a grape-growing region, too — loaded with Concord grapes right now. In fact, the city of Geneva, Ohio, is celebrating a week of Grape Jamboree! I think your grape pie looks luscious, and want to share it, but the link didn’t work. Is there any other way I can see it?
