If you are looking to serve this as an appetizer you could insert toothpicks into the center of each Bundle. These would also be wonderful served with a Bechamel Sauce.

Hi Brittany. Great recipe!! My client loves it. As they are suffering a bit of a tomato issue right now, I used a butternut squash soup to make a pasta sauce. They really liked it. I had to guess at the amount of ground turkey however. How much ground turkey would youu suggest?

Probably half of a pound! I made these using a lb but remember having leftover meat! The Butternut squash soup in place of pasta sauce sounds wonderful. Brilliant idea! -Brittany-

BrittanyAngell…
I never thought I would find such a web site!!! The recipes and photos all look good, they are healthy, they are affordable, and I appreciate the thoughts you put in while writing the recipes up. I am Diabetic, overweight, and have high blood pressure; most of your recipes are suitible to meet my dietary needs, and the others can be tweaked to also be used. The ONLY thing I would like to see added is the nutritional values of each recipe; it would really save me some time and study, and I know for sure it would have a lot of other Diabetics flocking to you web site. I entend to spread your web site to as many people as I can, including especially Diabetics and people trying so hard to lose and controll weight problems. Thank you… SO MUCH!
