Coconut Ice Cream is heaven on a spoon. Enjoy this fast and easy recipe by yourself or impress a crowd at your next dinner party.

- 1 pint Coconut Ice Cream
- 3/4 pound Organic Red Seedless Grapes
- 6 teaspoons Walnut Oil
- 1/2 cup Almonds

- Preheat Broiler.
- To a shallow baking pan add the grapes and 2 Tsp of Oil. Place mixture into broiler roughly 5-7 minutes until grapes burst open. Remove from oven.
- In a dry frying pan add finely chopped Walnuts. Over low heat toast the Walnuts until golden brown.
- Into serving dishes place the ice cream, Roasted grapes, walnuts and 1 tsp of walnut oil. Serve!
