Coconut Ice Cream is heaven on a spoon. Enjoy this fast and easy recipe by yourself or impress a crowd at your next dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Coconut Ice Cream
  • 3/4 pound Organic Red Seedless Grapes
  • 6 teaspoons Walnut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Almonds

Directions

This Recipe Was Inspired by a Recipe from Epicurious.com.

  1. Preheat Broiler.
  2. To a shallow baking pan add the grapes and 2 Tsp of Oil. Place mixture into broiler roughly 5-7 minutes until grapes burst open. Remove from oven.
  3. In a dry frying pan add finely chopped Walnuts. Over low heat toast the Walnuts until golden brown.
  4. Into serving dishes place the ice cream, Roasted grapes, walnuts and 1 tsp of  walnut oil. Serve!

Try Toasting Dried Coconut or Almonds for an equally wonderful treat!
